(1) Threading

1, put the cylinder yarn on the yarn frame, find out the yarn head and through the yarn guide on the frame of the ceramic eye.

2. Pass the yarn money through the two tensioner devices, then pull it down and put it into the yarn feeding wheel.

3、Thread the yarn through the center stopper and introduce it into the eye of the main machine feeding ring, then stop the yarn head and guide it into the needle.

4、Wrap the yarn money around the yarn feeder. At this point, complete the yarn threading work of one yarn feeding mouth.

5、All other yarn feeding ports are completed in the above step-by-step order.

(2) Open cloth

1、Preparing workpiece

a) Make the active yarn feeding out of action.

b) Open all closed needle tongues.

c) Remove all the loose floating yarn head, make the knitting needle completely fresh.

d) Remove the cloth support frame from the machine.

2. Open the cloth

a) Introduce the yarn into the hook through each feed and pull it to the center of the cylinder.

b) After each yarn is threaded, weave all the yarns into a bundle, knot the bundle of yarns under the premise of feeling the even tension of each yarn, and tie the knot through the winding shaft of the winder and tighten it on the winder stick.

c) Tap the machine at "slow speed" to check whether all the needles are open and whether the yarns are feeding normally, and if necessary, use a brush to assist in yarn eating.

d) Open the cloth with low speed, when the fabric is long enough, install the fabric support frame, and pass the fabric evenly through the winding shaft of the fabric winder, in order to lower the cloth faster.

e) When the machine is ready for normal weaving, engage the active yarn feeding device to supply yarns, and adjust the tension of each yarn evenly with the tensioner, then it can be operated at high speed for weaving.

(3) Yarn change

a) Remove the empty yarn cylinder and tear off the yarn money.

b) Take the new yarn cylinder, check the label of the cylinder and verify whether the batch number matches.

c) Load the new yarn cylinder into the cylinder yarn holder, and lead out the yarn money head, through the yarn guide ceramic eye on the yarn holder, pay attention to ensure the smooth flow of the yarn.

d) Knot the old and new yarn money, the knot should not be too big.

e) Because the yarn breakage rate increases after the yarn change, it is necessary to change to slow speed operation at this time. Observe the knitting situation of the knots and wait until everything is fine before high speed knitting.
