I Daily maintenance
1. Remove the cotton wool attached to the yarn frame and the surface of the machine every shift, and keep the weaving parts and winding devices clean.
2, check the automatic stop device and safety device every shift, if there is an anomaly immediately disassemble or replace.
3. Check the active yarn feeding device every shift, and adjust it immediately if there is any abnormality.
4. Check the oil level mirror and the oil level tube of the oil injection machine every shift, and manually refuel once (1-2 turns) every next piece of cloth.
II Two week maintenance
1. Clean the yarn feeding speed regulating aluminum plate and remove the cotton wool accumulated in the plate.
2. Check whether the belt tension of the transmission system is normal and whether the transmission is smooth.
3. Check the operation of the cloth rolling machine.
III Monthly maintenance
1. Remove the triangular seat of the upper and lower discs and remove the accumulated cotton wool.
2. Clean the dust removal fan and check whether the blowing direction is correct.
3. Clean the cotton wool near all electrical appliances.
4, review the performance of all electrical appliances (including automatic stop system, security alarm system, detection system)
IV Half year maintenance
1. Install and lower the dial, including knitting needles and settler, thoroughly clean, check all knitting needles and settler, and update immediately if there is damage.
2, clean the oil injection machine, and check whether the oil circuit is smooth.
3, clean and check the positive storage.
4. Clean the cotton wool and oil in the motor and transmission system.
5. Check whether the waste oil collection circuit is smooth.
V Maintenance and maintenance of woven components
Woven components are the heart of the knitting machine, is a direct guarantee of good quality cloth, so the maintenance and maintenance of woven components is very important.
1. Cleaning the needle slot can prevent dirt from entering the woven fabric with the needle. The cleaning method is: change the yarn into low grade or waste yarn, turn on the machine at high speed, and inject a large amount of needle oil into the needle barrel, refueling while running, so that the dirty oil completely flows out of the tank.
2, check whether the needle and settling sheet in the cylinder are damaged, and the damage should be replaced immediately: if the quality of the cloth is too poor, it should be considered whether to update all.
3, check whether the width of the needle groove is the same distance (or see whether the woven surface has stripes), whether the wall of the needle groove is defective, if the above problems are found, you should immediately start to repair or update.
4, check the wear of the triangle, and confirm that its installation position is correct, whether the screw is tight.
5，Check and correct the installation position of each feeding nozzle. If any wear is found, replace it immediately
