The function testing of tubular knitted fabrics for medical elastic stockings

1

Medicalstockings are designed to provide compression relief and improve blood circulation. Elasticity is a critical factor when designing and developing medical stockings. The design of elasticity requires consideration of the choice of material, the way the fibers are interwoven and the pressure distribution. In order to ensure that medical stockings have good elasticity properties, we conducted a series of performance tests.

First, we used a tensile tester to test the elasticity of medical socks. By stretching the socks at different pressures, we can measure the elongation and recovery of the socks. These data help us determine the elastic strength and durability of the socks.

Second, we use compression testing aids, such as an ankle measuring device, to simulate real human wear. By applying pressure at different locations, we can evaluate the pressure distribution of the medical stockings around the ankle and calf muscles to ensure that the medical stockings provide proper pressure relief.

In addition, we also focus on the elasticity performance of the medical stockings under different temperature and humidity conditions to ensure that they can provide stable performance under various environments. Through these tests, we can continue to optimize the design of medical stockings and ensure that they meet medical needs.

Overall, the development and testing of the elastic properties of medical stockings is an important part of the work of our factory designers, and we are committed to continually improving the quality of medical stockings to help people improve their blood circulation!
