Circular knitting machine production common problems

1. Holes (i.e. holes)

It is mainly caused by roving

* Ring density is too dense * poor quality or too dry yarn caused * feeding nozzle position is wrong

* The loop is too long, the woven fabric is too thin * the yarn weaving tension is too large or the winding tension is too large

2. Missing needles

* The feeding nozzle is in the wrong position

3, Set the loop phenomenon yarn tension is too small into the loop is too long * yarn through the incorrect feeding nozzle hole

Low winding tension

4, The needle tongue damage * fabric density * knitting needle tongue damage * The position of the settling plate is not completely withdrawn, resulting in can not be removed from the ring

* The fitting position of the feed nozzle is not ideal (too high, too front or too back), and pay attention to whether it enters the guide hole of the feed nozzle

5. Firing pin heel

Lack of oil or improper use of oil * Caused by damaged barrels, dials or triangles * Slippery braiding components, insufficient cleaning * high speed or high fabric density * poor quality yarn or use of yarn with unsuitable needle spacing

6. Sedimentation sheet is damaged

Lack of oil or improper use of oil * Insufficiently cleaned sinker triangle seat * Feed nozzle or fuel nozzle touching the sinker

The gap between the sinker and the sinker triangle is wrong, and the normal stress is 0.1-0.2mm.

Cross thinning: check whether the yarn count and low elastic yarn are the same batch number, whether the yarn count tension is uniform, whether the money delivery wheel file is correct, and whether the position of the settling sheet is correct. Hard way: Check whether the needle groove and settler groove are too tight or have oil coating, whether the knitting needle and settler are damaged.
