1、Weft flat knitting organization
The weft flat knitting organization is made up of continuous loops of the same kind of unit in one direction in a series of sets. The two sides of the weft flat knitting organization have different geometric forms, the front side of the coil on the loop column and the longitudinal configuration of the coil into a certain angle, the knot on the yarn, cotton impurities are easily blocked by the old coil and stay in the reverse side of the knitted fabric, so the front side of the general more clean and flat. The reverse side of the loop arc and the coil of the same direction of the configuration of the transverse column, there is a greater diffuse reflection of light, and therefore more shadowy.
The cloth surface of weft flat-needle organization is smooth, clear grain, fine texture and smooth hand feel. It has good elongation in transverse and longitudinal stretching, and the transverse direction has greater elongation than the longitudinal direction. Moisture absorption and air permeability is good, but there is a loose and rolled edge, and sometimes produces the phenomenon of skewed coil. Commonly used in the production of fabrics for intimate apparel, T-shirts, etc.
2、Ribbed organization Ribbed organization is composed of longitudinal rows of coils on the front side and longitudinal rows of coils on the back side configured in a certain combination of laws. Ribbed organization of the front and back of the coil is not in the same plane, each side of the coil longitudinal rows adjacent to each other. There are many kinds of ribbed organization, depending on the configuration of the number of longitudinal rows of the front and back side of the coil, usually with a number on behalf of the number of longitudinal rows of the front and back side of the coil of the combination of numbers, such as 1 + 1 ribbed, 2 + 2 ribbed or 5 + 3 ribbed, etc., which can be formed into a different appearance of the style and performance of the ribbed fabrics.
3、Double ribbed organization
Double ribbed tissue, commonly known as cotton wool tissue, is made up of two ribbed tissues compounded with each other. Both sides of the double ribbed tissue show positive coils.
The elongation and elasticity of double ribbed tissue is smaller than that of ribbed tissue, and at the same time, it can only be disentangled against the weaving direction. When an individual coil breaks, it is hindered by the other ribbed coil, so it is less likely to break away, and the fabric surface is flat and does not roll up. According to the knitting characteristics of double rib organization, using different color yarns and different methods on the machine can get a variety of color effects and various longitudinal concave and convex stripes. Commonly used in the production of intimate apparel, sportswear, casual clothing fabrics.
4, Add yarn organization
Additional yarn organization refers to the organization of knitted fabrics in which part or all of the loops are formed by two or more yarns. Add yarn organization generally use two yarns for knitting, so when using two different twist direction of the yarn for knitting, not only can eliminate the phenomenon of weft knitting knitted fabrics loop skewed, but also can make the knitted fabrics of uniform thickness. The yarn-adding organization can be divided into two categories: plain yarn-adding organization and fancy yarn-adding organization.
