This paper discusses the textile process measures of semi precision textile for circular knitting machine.
According to the production characteristics of circular knitting machine and the requirements of fabric quality, the internal control quality standard of semi precision textile is formulated, and a series of key technical measures are taken.
Optimize raw materials and their proportion, do a good job in color matching and proofing before textile, pay attention to the pretreatment and mixing of raw materials, optimize carding equipment and carding process, install self leveling system, and adopt new equipment and technology to ensure that the textile quality meets the requirements of yarn for knitting circular machine.
It is believed that semi worsted yarn improves the added value of knitted circular machine products and widens the application field of semi worsted yarn.
Semi worsted yarn is a kind of novel yarn independently developed by scientific and technological personnel in wool and cotton textile industry in China. It is called “semi worsted yarn” because it changes the traditional wool worsted and woolen process, integrates the advantages of wool textile technology with the advantages of cotton textile technology, and makes the produced yarn different from the product style of wool worsted and woolen.
The textile process of semi worsted yarn is nearly half shorter than that of wool worsted yarn, but it can produce yarn with the same number as wool worsted yarn, which is fluffy and softer than wool worsted yarn.
Compared with woolen woolen process, it has the advantages of fine yarn count, uniform evenness and smooth surface. Its product added value is much higher than woolen woolen products, so it has developed rapidly in China.
Semi worsted yarn is mainly used for sweater yarn of computer flat knitting machine. The scope of application is narrow, and the development space of products is limited to a certain extent. Weft knitted large round woven fabrics can be used not only for underwear, underwear and other close fitting clothes, but also for outerwear, such as T-shirts, men’s and women’s casual clothes, knitted jeans and other fields.
At present, most of the sweater products produced on the computerized flat knitting machine are knitted with strands. The textile number is relatively thick, and the proportion of wool fiber is high, so as to show the wool style of sweater products.
Most of the knitting machines used in the production of circular knitting machines are knitted with single yarn. Because the strength of wool fibers is generally low, in order to improve the strength and functional requirements of fabrics, most of them use multi fiber blended yarn.
The textile number is thinner than that of sweater yarn, generally between 7.0 tex~12.3 tex, and the proportion of mixed wool fibers is relatively low, between 20%~40%, and the maximum mixing proportion is about 50%.
