Recently, the China Cotton Textile Industry Association (May 30-June 1) conducted an online survey of 184 questionnaires for round knitting machine. From the survey results, the proportion of circular knitting machine enterprises that did not start work due to epidemic control this week was 0. At the same time, 56.52% of the companies has over 90% opening rate, an increase of 11.5% points compared with the last survey.There are 27.72% of circular weft knitting machine companies has an 50%-80% opening rate, only 14.68% companies has the opening rate less than half.
According to the research, the main factors that affecting the opening rate are still the sluggish market situation and the lack of textile single circle computer jakard orders. Therefore, how to expand sales channels has become one of the main tasks of circular knitting loom enterprises at present.The other reason is circular knitting loom raw material prices keep increasing. Although the domestic cotton price has been lowered since May, the price of the latter gauze has dropped more than that of the textile circle machine raw materials, the enterprises operating pressure is still relatively large.Now the logistics situation in various places continues to ease, and the shipping speed of enterprises has picked up. This week, the gauze inventory of the surveyed enterprises has eased compared with the previous period, and the inventory situation of weaving mills is still better than that of spinning mills. Among them, the proportion of enterprises with yarn inventory for 1 month or more is 52.72%, down by nearly 5 percentage points compared with the last survey; the proportion of enterprises with gray fabric inventory for 1 month or more is 28.26%, down from the previous survey 0.26 percentage points.
There are 6 main factors affecting the economic indicators of enterprises. First, the biggest impact is the sluggish consumption caused by the epidemic. Second, the high price of the circular knitting machine raw materials and the difficulty in the transmission of the industrial chain. Third, the market sales are not smooth, and the price of gauze is declining. Fourth, the high logistic cost of circular knitting machine which also increasing the enterprises operating costs. Fifth, the United States imposed sanctions on Xinjiang cotton in my country, resulting in restricted exports of cotton products in Xinjiang.Sixth, due to the resumption of work and production in Southeast Asian countries, the large number of European and American textile orders has returned to Southeast Asia.
