About Operation of circular knitting machine

About operation of circular knitting machine

1Preparation

(1)Check the yarn passage.

a) Check whether the yarn cylinder on the yarn frame is placed properly and whether the yarn is flowing smoothly.

b) Check whether the yarn guide ceramic eye is intact.

c) Check whether the yarn money is normal when it passes through the tensioner and self-stopper.

d) Check whether the yarn money passes through the yarn feeding ring normally and whether the position of the yarn feeding nozzle is correct.

(2) Self-stopping device inspection

Check all the self-stop devices and indicator lights, and check whether the needle detector can work normally.

(3) Working environment inspection

Check whether the machine table, surrounding and every running part is clean, if there is any accumulation of cotton yarn or placing sundries, it must be removed immediately to avoid accidents, which may lead to malfunction.

(4) Check the yarn feeding situation.

Slowly start the machine to check whether the needle tongue is open, whether the yarn feeding nozzle and the knitting needle keep a safe distance, and whether the yarn feeding situation is normal.

(5) Checking the winding device

Clear the debris around the winder, check whether the winder is running normally and whether the variable speed samples of the winder are safe.

(6) Check the safety devices.

Check whether all safety devices are invalid, and check whether the buttons are invalid.

2Start the machine

(1)Press "slow speed" to start the machine for a few laps without any abnormality, then press "start" to make the machine run.

(2) Adjust the multifunctional microcomputer controller's variable speed adjustment button, in order to achieve the desired speed of the machine.

(3) Turn on the lightning source of the automatic parking device.

(4) Turn on the lighting of the machine and the cloth lamp, in order to monitor the fabric knitting situation.

3Monitoring

(1) Check the cloth surface under the circular knitting machine at any time and pay attention to whether there are defects or other abnormal phenomena.

(2) Every few minutes, touch the cloth surface with your hand in the direction of machine rotation to feel whether the fabric winding tension meets the requirement and whether the speed of the fabric winding wheel is the same.

(3) Clean the oil and lint on the surface and around the transmission system and machine  at any time to keep the working environment clean and safe.

(4) At the early stage of weaving, a small piece of the cloth edge should be cut to do a light transmission inspection to observe whether there are any defects arising on both sides of the woven fabric. Invoice

4Stop the machine

(1) Press the "Stop" button and the machine will stop running.

(2) If the machine is stopped for a long time, turn off all switches and cut off the main power supply.

(5) Drop cloth

a) After the predetermined number of knitted fabrics (e.g. number of machine revolutions, amount or size) is completed, the marker yarn (i.e. yarn of different head color or quality) should be replaced at one of the feeder ports, and knitted in for about 10 more rounds.

b) Connect the marker yarn back to the original yarn money and reset the counter to zero.

c) Stop the circular knitting machine when the fabric section with the numbered yarn reaches between the winding shaft and the winding rod of the winder.

d) After the machine stops running completely, open the safety net door and cut the woven fabric in the middle of the fabric section by the marker yarn.

e) Hold both ends of the roll bar with both hands, remove the fabric roll, place it on the trolley, and pull out the roll bar to reattach it to the winder. During this operation, care should be taken not to bump the machine or the floor.

f) Thoroughly check and record the weaving of the inner and outer layers of the existing fabrics on the machine, if there is no abnormality, roll up the rolled fabric stick, close the safety net door, check the safety system of the machine without failure, and then shut down the machine for operation.

(6) Needle exchange

a) Judge the location of the bad needle according to the fabric surface, use manual or "slow speed" to turn the bad needle to the needle gate position.

b) Loosen the locking screw of the needle door cutter block and remove the needle door cutter block.

c) Push the bad needle up about 2cm, push the presser back with your index finger, so that the lower end of the needle body is outwardly curved to expose the needle groove, pinch the exposed needle body and pull it downward to take out the bad needle, and then use the bad needle lever to remove the dirt in the needle groove.

d) Take a new needle of the same specification as the bad needle and insert it into the needle groove, make it go through the compression spring to reach the correct position, install the needle door cutting block and lock it tightly. e) Tap the machine to make the new needle feed the yarn, continue to tap it to observe the operation of the new needle (whether the needle tongue is open, whether the action is flexible), confirm that there is no difference, and then turn on the machine. f) Tap the needle to make the new needle feed the yarn, continue to tap it to observe the new needle operation (whether the needle tongue is open, whether the action is flexible), confirm that there is no difference, and then turn on the machine to run.
